The Mechanical Repair Shop of ISCOSA is highly specialized in providing all required repair and overhaul services on rotating equipment, including Hot Gas Path Repair for Combustion Turbines.

Repairs and Overhauls of critical components require an in depth expertise in order to assure the quality standards needed for highest availability and reliability of the equipment.

Quick turnaround is another critical factor for the power generation as well as for industrial and oil & gas applications. Our repair shop is well equipped with Balancing Machines, Lathe Machines up to a capacity of 200 tons and Vertical Boring Mills giving us the ability to handle the repair and refurbishment of the rotating equipment and at the same time meet the most critical customer timelines.

Furthermore, ISCOSA is specialized in doing refurbishing of Hot Gas Path components which is a highly sophisticated task. Our facility has developed the core competencies in the repair and refurbishment of the Hot Gas Path Components for SIEMENS, Westinghouse, MHI, Fiat and other makes, thus serving the needs of our customers in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Industries.
